With 33 years under his belt in the glazing business, Shane Prieto began his career as a glazier in the shop as a fabricator, then moved to the field in the mid ‘80s to complete glazing projects. From 1990 to 1996, Shane was an estimator and project manager for a glazing company, and from 1996 to 2009 he was the Vice President of Custom Glass Company, in charge of estimating, engineering, shop, and field operations.

In 2008, Shane he branched out to create Perspective Glass Company. He has grown company year over year since starting out, continually designs and develops custom systems to meet architect and owner specifications for complex projects, and has also developed two systems unique to Perspective Glass.

David W. Swaton

Project Manager

David Swaton started in the glass, glazing and curtainwall industry in 1982, and now has over 36 years of experience.  He was head of his own company in the United States. Prior to working for Perspective Glass, Dave was Sr. Project Manager for Enclos Corp., Sr. Project Manager for Harmon, Inc., Project Manager for Trainor Glass Company, and Project Engineer for Arch Aluminum and Glass Company.

Bob Mulligan started in the glass, glazing and curtainwall industry in 1970, and now has over 48 years of experience.  He was head of his own company in the United States as well as in Kuwait. Prior to working for Perspective Glass, Bob was President of Tesla Walls, President of Emmitsburg Glass, Project Executive for Harmon, Inc., National Sales Manager and Senior Project Executive of RC Aluminum, Area Manager for Permasteelisa Cladding Technologies, and Branch Manager for PPG’s Commercial Construction Group.

Nick Gerhart

Operations and Safety Manager

Nick Gerhart graduated in 2009 from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.  He started work as a project manager on the Miami International Airport North Terminal Expansion for Brand Energy Solutions.  After 3 years as a project manager, Nick took over as the South Florida Construction Manager, overseeing estimates, safety, day to day operations, and 135+ employees.  As a new team member with Perspective Glass, his primary roles are overseeing the company’s safety practices, policies, and implementation of the policies to ensure a safe working environment for all of our employees.  Nick is also the head of company operations, responsible for scheduling, planning, overseeing field superintendents, and ensuring QAQC on projects.

Jason Doughty

Superintendent

Jason Doughty started in the glass, glazing and curtainwall industry in 2000, and now has over 18 years of experience.  He served both as foreman and superintendent for the entire 18 years, specializing in fixed panels, curtainwall and sliding door installations. Jason also has expertise in spider clamp walls, both interior and exterior, and has been a loyal employee of both Perspective Glass and Custom Glass.
